The process which starts with the analysis of the model to be done with the help of 3D scanners with the smallest details is continued through the CAD program. The design of the part is completed taking into consideration the criteria specified in the first stage.
With the help of the analysis program, all the physical properties of the part are analyzed and if necessary, it is produced with 3D printers and presented to the customer approval. In accordance with the demands of the customers, the required resins are made and the mold design phase is started.
Since the selection of the materials to be used in the mold production is the biggest factor that affects the cost, it must be selected according to the characteristics of the part to be produced and the duration of the mold to be used in production.
The most important factors in the mold design process are; Shaping of Gating System, Positioning / Sizing of Inputs and Gas Channels and designing of Cooling System.
The mold, whose design is completed, is evaluated with the help of the analysis program before production. Simulation values of materials to be used in mold manufacturing, cooling system and product to be produced etc. is submitted to production approval.
The manufacturing process, which takes place in the CNC workshop, Universal workshop and surface treatment centers, is completed with zero error target in production within the tolerances determined in the design processes. The main methods used in the surface treatment center are; grinding, sand blasting, vibration and anodizing.
Every part of production is controlled by taking into consideration the tolerances given before the installation. The assembly of the mold is completed with the approved parts. With the final checks on the mold, the sample is sent to the production upon request.
The sample production and records made in line with customer demands ensure that process-related errors are not seen as mold defects. The biggest advantage of this method is that it prevents the additional logistics costs that may arise after shipment.
