Pre-Production
Before the production starts, ASTEORD check and confirm on the material, structure, process, and other details of your 3D and 2D drawings. This prevents possible mistakes and unachievable requirements at the very beginning.
On the request of customers, we provide the certification of the material used in the manufacturing process. The report comes from the raw material manufacturer and usually includes: material heat number, material grade, material dimensions, mechanical properties, chemical analysis, etc.
During Production
It is fundamental and vital in precision machining that the material block is always at the right position. With on-site inspection system, the machines automatically examine the positions, and make adjustments accordingly. This avoids the issues at the early stage, and help save cost and time.
We monitor the entire production chain digitally and keep you up to date on all information at all times. Any delays or feedback are passed on to you in real time. If necessary, we react proactively and use our own production to ensure that delivery dates and our high quality standards can be met.
Before Delivery
We provide full dimensional inspection report on customers’ request. The report includes: quantity of parts, critical dimensions, threads and tolerances, thicknesses and depths, part appearance, etc.
